Return Policy

At Wynnifred Style Studio our first priority is customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return for store credit.

Items you cannot return:

Sale/discounted items, perfume, jewelry, lingerie, shoes, scarves, hats, belts, gift certificates

Please review your order as soon as you receive it. If you feel as if you have received an incorrect or defective item, contact our customer service department as soon as possible so we can get the error corrected.

Please review the following Return Policy

  • Items can be returned for store credit only, refunds cannot be issued.
  • All returns must be received with 21 days of original date of shipment.
  • All merchandise must be unworn, and unwashed with the original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box and unworn. Any items returned with make-up or stains on them will not be accepted. Any items not accepted will be sent back to you at your expense.

To Make a Return:

  • Please make sure your return meets our guidelines mentioned above. Complete the return form included with your package or download a copy of it here. Send your package back to us via the method of your choice. It is recommended that you use a method with a tracking number. Please include the return form and your original receipt with the package. It is recommended you circle or highlight the item(s) you are returning.

Please allow of 2 business days from when your package was received by us for processing. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email with your online code for your store credit. We will send this to the email you provide on the return form.

For exchanges

It is often difficult for exchanges due to the high demand of certain items. Please call us as soon as possible so we can check the availability of the size needed.

If you feel as if you have received a defective item, you must contact customer service within 3 days of receipt. There will be no exceptions to this!

Shipping

  • Most orders will ship the same day (Monday-Friday) if placed before 3:00 EST. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays
  • Once your order ships, you will receive the tracking number via email.
  • All orders over $75 ship free!
  • Orders under $75 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $7.00
  • Standard shipping is usually 2-10 business days for delivery. Please note that delivery times do not include Sundays or Holidays.
